High Tea Etc  was launched in December 2020 when we constructed a purpose built production kitchen adjacent to our Adelaide Foothills home that is Council approved and registered.  I chose not to have a storefront as I like the flexibility of working from home and casually work in hospitality so I can keep my skills up to date and fresh ensuring to deliver the very best in high tea catering.
