Terms & Conditions

We require high tea experiences to be ordered via our website and paid for in full to secure your order.

Delivery is extra and will be calculated upon check out. 

Delivery and Pick up

Delivery Policy

Deliveries will arrive on the day you have selected between 9am-3pm. High Tea Etc will endeavor to provide a more accurate time frame the day before said delivery, however please note that this may not always be possible.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure someone will be home to receive the order & that the correct address details are given . In the event that no one is home to accept your order or incorrect address details have been given, said order will be returned to High Tea Etc and you will have to make arrangements to collect from our Woodforde production kitchen later that day. Your delivery fee will not be refunded as the driver was still engaged to attend your address to deliver your order. If you do not collect the same day you will be required to re-purchase your order as due to the nature of our product High Tea Etc cannot try and re-deliver the same product on another day.

High Tea Etc does not encourage orders left in a safe place in the event that no one is home to receive the package due to food safety laws, risk of theft, weather or damage caused by wild animals or pets.

Tea-ware Hire Policy

Tea-ware is included in our luxury high tea experience for FREE*,

however we require a $40 deposit to cover damages/ and or breakages. 

Your deposit will be refunded one tea-ware has been collected by us and it has been sighted to ensure it is in the same condition it was before you hired it.

We will return to collect tea-ware the next day. We ask that you wash items and pack back into tubs.

You will be supplied with instructions on how to clean and pack away tea-ware back into the tub.

Pick Up Policy

Pick up is from the High Tea Etc production kitchen that is located in Woodforde, SA. As our production kitchen is adjacent to our home we will inform you of the exact address once you have placed your order.

If you choose to collect your order from our Woodforde production kitchen you will be given a specific time.

High Tea Etc requires that you stick to this time as close as possible. If you do not arrive at said collection time High Tea Etc may not be able to wait for your arrival. High Tea Etc will contact you via telephone call or sms and if we are unable to reach you we will inform you by voicemail or sms that you will need to collect later that Same day. If you are unable to pick up at the amended time you will need to re-purchase your product for collection on another day.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order or make changes to the delivery date you must do this in writing via our email address highteaetc@gmail.com.

You will be issued a full refund if you Cancel at least 7 days prior to your order delivery or pick up date.

If LESS than 7 days notice is given you will be Issued a 50% refund of menu price,

if  LESS than 24 hours notice of delivery or pick up is given NO REFUNDS are available.
