We've reworked our book club to make it accessible for all.
We will be using the FREE app Libby that is easily downloaded from the play store to access our monthly books - we can borrow in book form, online or as an audible book. All that is needed is a
LibrariesSA library card.
While we still love the Devonshire Tea and book club concept we recognise not everyone does so we will have Devonshire Tea available as an optional extra on the night. In doing this we are able to offer our book club membership for $6 per session which includes your place in the book club & refreshments ( premium Wyverstone Loose-leaf tea, coffee and sparkling or still water ).
You are welcome to bring a plate of nibbles.
We meet the 4th Monday of each month at Glenunga Hub Meeting Room.
All members will have a chance to lead a session & all members will be given a welcome pack that includes book club etiquette, questions for book discussion & book club information.
The book for August is titled
The Covenant of Water written by Abraham Verghese.
